বাংলাদেশ রেলওয়ের অনলাইন টিকিট ক্রয়ের নিয়মাবলী/পদ্ধতিঃ
(ক) Registration প্রক্রিয়া: (শুধুমাত্র একবার করতে হবে)
- প্রথমে www.railway.gov.bd ওয়েব সাইটে প্রবেশ করুন।
- ওয়েবসাইটে প্রবেশ করে ডান পার্শ্বের Internal E-Services/আভ্যন্তরীন ই-সেবা হতে Railway E-ticket service/রেলওয়ে ই-টিকিট বাটনে ক্লিক করলে ২টি Option দেখাবে, প্রথম Option ই-টিকিটিং পদ্ধতিতে Click করলে Registration প্রক্রিয়া এবং টিকিট ক্রয় প্রক্রিয়ার বিস্তারিত দেখা যাবে এবং দ্বিতীয় Option ই-টিকিট (ওয়েবসাইট) এ Click করে Bangladesh Railway এবং CNS Ltd. লেখা ও লোগো সম্বলিত একটি নতুন ওয়েব সাইট ওপেন হবে।
- উক্ত পেজে (www.shohoz.cnsbd.com) “Register” button এ Click করে নির্ধারিত Web Registration from টি পূরণ করে “Sign up” বাটনে ক্লিক করতে হবে।
- এরপর আপনার মোবাইল নম্বরটি একটি Verification Code এর মাধ্যমে Verify করে Registration প্রক্রিয়াটি সম্পূর্ণ করুন।।
- এরপর আপনার মোবাইল নম্বর অথবা Email address এবং পাসওর্য়াড দিয়ে Log In করুন।

(খ) বাংলাদেশ রেলওয়ের অনলাইন টিকিট ক্রয় প্রক্রিয়া:
- প্রথমে Bangladesh Railway এর টিকিটিং ওয়েব সাইটে (www.shohoz.cnsbd.com) প্রবেশ করুন।
- পরবর্তীতে যে Pageটি আসবে উক্ত Page এ আপনার ভ্রমণের তারিখ, প্রারম্ভিক স্টেশন, গন্তব্য স্টেশন, শ্রেনী, টিকিট সংখ্যার ঘরগুলো পূরণ করুন।
- পূরণ শেষে Find বাটনে ক্লিক করতে হবে। এর পরের পেইজে আপনার চাহিত তথ্য অনুযায়ী উক্ত রুটের সবগুলি ট্রেনের তথ্য সময় ও ভাড়াসহ জানিয়ে দেয়া হবে। এরপর আপনার পছন্দমত ট্রেনের তথ্য Route এবং Availability button এ Click করে সেই ট্রেনে Ticket আছে কিনা তা যাচাই করা যাবে। টিকিট থাকলে ক্রয়ের জন্য “Purchase” বাটন ক্লিক করতে হবে।
- “Log in” প্যানেলে মোবাইল নম্বর অথবা E-mail address এবং password পূরণ করে “Log in” বাটনে ক্লিক করতে হবে। প্রবেশের পর Auto option দ্বারা স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে সিট নির্ধারিত হয়ে টিকিট ক্রয় করা যায় এবং Manual option দ্বারা সম্মানিত যাত্রী কর্তৃক নিজের পছন্দমত সিট নির্ধারণ করা সম্ভব। সিট নির্ধারণ শেষে “Buy Ticket” বাটন ক্লিক করতে হবে। এক্ষেত্রে টিকিট ক্রয়কারী চাইলে প্রথমেই ”Log in” করে পরবর্তীতে ট্রেনের তথ্য জানতে পারেন।
- Credit Card, Cash Card, Brac Bank, Nexus pay, Rocket, bKash, American Express, City bank (Visa card) একাউন্ট মারফত যাত্রীর Account থেকে টিকিটের মূল্য কেটে নেয়া হবে এবং যাত্রীর ই-মেইলে ই-টিকিটটি পাঠিয়ে টিকিট নিশ্চিত করা হয়।
