- Pre School Pass/Certificate
- Photocopy of National Identity Card of parents
- Two copies of passport-size color photographs
Rules for payment of application fee through SMS: Candidates should deposit Tk 110 for each application through two SMS from any Teletalk prepaid SIM mobile number using the User ID number obtained in the application copy.
