Training Procedure: The temporary appointed Apprentice Center Managers will undergo training for one year and two phases under the Grameen Bank Training Center. In this case, training allowance will be given at a fixed rate of Tk 9000 per month in the first phase and training allowance at a fixed rate of Tk 10000 in the third phase to those who have successfully completed the training of the first phase. Those who have successfully completed the second phase training will have to participate in the regular final examination organized by the authority. Those who successfully pass the examination will be appointed to the post of Center Manager in Grameen Bank Pay Scale 2015 in the 15th grade in the pay scale of Tk.9700 to Tk.23 thousand 490. They will be given lunch allowance of Tk 200 per working day during and after training. Moreover, financial and other benefits as per the prevailing rules of Grameen Bank.
