Below are the qualifications required for Ansar forces candidates:
A minimum of 18 years and a maximum of 30 years are acceptable. Minimum JSC equivalent pass as educational qualification. Physical Qualification Height 5 feet 4 inches, chest size 30 to 32 inches, and vision strength 6/6 Candidates with any chronic disease will not be selected for primary bus. General Ansar Selection Result 2024
General Ansar is one of the affiliates of Bangladesh Ansar and Village Defense Force. 54668 trained general Ansar members are currently affiliated with 5273 organizations. The said members are providing security to important KPI industrial and commercial establishments like airports, seaports, power stations, hospitals, educational institutions, traffic control in metros, marine and other public transport, railway stations, and other public and private establishments.
You can become a proud member of the Ansar force by taking the basic Ansar basic training. Moreover, you can get the opportunity to participate in security services as an integral Ansar. Final selected candidates will have to undergo General Ansar Basic Training of 90 days duration.

- Original copy of citizenship certificate
- Original copy of confirmation document (admit card) of online registration
- Photocopies of all documents attested by Gazette Officer
- Four recent passport-size color photographs attested by Gazetted Officer
- Candidates should bring a pen pencil scale and clipboard to participate in the examination
Facilities that will be available:
16200 taka per month in flat areas and 17400 taka per month in hilly areas after training after joining. Two festival allowances of Tk 10,000 will be available every year. Two units of ration will be provided at subsidized cost. Financial assistance of Rs 6 lakh will be provided in case of death while on duty and Rs 3 lakh in case of permanent disability.
