An organization called Health Card BD organizes the scholarship exam every year to bring the students of Chittagong region under merit scholarship. In the case of online registration, the registration fee can be paid at Bikash. In that case, the registration form must be filled up by paying the registration fee first. The number from which the fee has been paid must be mentioned in the Bikash number and transaction ID form.
