The MBA exam test consists of two types the written test and the interview (Viva-voce). The duration of the written test for two hours. The written test evaluates applicants’ aptitude in Language, Mathematics, and Analytical Ability. An applicant must obtain a minimum qualifying score in each of the above areas to pass the written test and appear before the Viva-voce.
Academic Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 out of 4 (2nd class). Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of a GPA of 5.00 or 2nd division in both SSC and HSC Exam Separately. No 3rd Division or class at SSC/HSC or Bachelor level of education. If someone is from English medium you must have a GPA of 2.00 in both the O level exam and the A level exam separately. Foreign Students Application Details
An applicant with a foreign degree having a GMAT score of a minimum of 75 percentile may be exempted from taking the written exam. However, s/he is required to appear before the interview board. For all foreign certificates/degrees (excluding O level and A level), equivalence will be determined by the equivalence committee of IBA. Without such equivalence, the applicants will not be allowed to sit for the admission test.
